"Driver used n iPhone with my name typed on it as a sign to catch my attention, when every other Cab/Car company had a large sign or an iPad. After calling multiple times, I was finally able to make contact, and then waited another 20 minutes. Then the cab driver wanted me to pay 3pounds for the additional parking time because he said that he was waiting for 30 minutes for me with his phone out. Probably because it was too small or he was on the phone when I walked by. I called the night before my return trip to ensure I was picked up at 8:30am because on the way up the driver was telling me how it would take 2 hours with traffic during rush-hour, and recounted a story about a family that did not book in time. WELL, I called the night before and confirmed with the dispatcher that I needed to be picked up at 8:30am TWICE. The next morning I called again to confirm, and the same dispatcher stated the driver would be there at 9am. When I asked why after I requested and he confirmed 8:30am, he stated that I requested 9am in my booking. I reminded him of our two (2) conversations the night before, and he said the driver was on his way and would be there at 9am. I found out later from the replacement driver - who was excellent, that he was called in last minute because the same driver I had coming up stated his car broke down. I will never use this service again. "

"Driver was delayed for pick up on departure by 50 minutes due to traffic on M25. Fortunately I had allowed an extra hour to get to the airport so we still arrived in time to check in. Once arrived the driver was apologetic, courteous and pleasant. Pick up at T5 on arrival back to Heathrow was very punctual. Overall we were happy with the service and will continue se you again for our next trip to Heathrow later this year."

"Almost impossible to make contact, when finally got through having waited for over 45 minutes was told there was no booking made despite having the paperwork in our hand. Then told the booking was for 3am the following morning. yes I can honestly say waiting at the air port after being up over 24 hours was not my idea of customer service. A complete shower. "
