"Only a few minutes late so not a problem. The gps tracking of the vehicle doesn't seem optimal. It wasn't always seeming to move so when you check location you are not sure if it is giving right data. As an example, when you use uber or uber eats the movement of the vehicle is better on the tracking. If it would be better, I think it would help reassure the waiting passengers. Driver was nice and friendly, car was fine, so all in all a good experiene and would use again."

"Great experience , HOWEVER I was charged an extra £25. Driver said ita because of my baggage nd claimed.ed I was sent an email to that regard. I never got that email and there no evidence of that. we tried to reach the office to verify the information but no one responded to my call. driver wouldn't leave without being paid. I was exhausted and with 2 kids, 1 with special needs, and so I had to pay.
my baggage was listed in the description of my payment and infact it was the same exact baggage I used in my outward journey, same taxicode company but on return I was asked to pay more. VERY DISTRESSING"
