"I booked this taxi as I had a hospital appointment in London after major knee surgery. 2 weeks before.
Our driver was very hands on with my needs as I was on crutches and unable to do much for myself. He also assisted in folding my wheelchair and ensuring both my myself and my mum, where comfortable during our long 2 hour journey from East Sussex to London Bridge Hospital.
We tipped the driver very generously.
