"My cab was cancelled due to the driver having COVID, I was due a flight that morning so I kindly asked the man on the phone to help me find another driver as the refund wasn’t an option for me. I couldn’t miss my flight! He called me back after half hour with another driver sorted to take me to the airport! The man literally saved my day! Excellent and helpful service!
