En résumé, Il faudrait envoyer un plan de la gare et la position du chauffeur, ce serait plus simple que de courir après lui. "

"I asked for a 20.30 pickup but no driver appeared. I called the taxi office and was kept holding on for ten minutes, so I hung up. After 15 minutes still no driver. A bit ironic seeing that your website threatens us with a £5 surcharge for every 15 minutes a driver has to wait. When the driver finally arrived he was unapologetic and unhelpful. I would normally have given the driver a tip, but the whole thing felt very unprofessional."

"Hi there The taxi never showed up. After 20 mins they finally answered my call to say the driver wasn't coming but they could send another driver - far too late as my flight was in jeopardy so I had to find alternate means at 5am in the morning. I am no waiting a refund, the taxi company said it would come from them directly but I have yet to receive it. Please confirm. Thanks"

We then had to rearrange due to flight changes, but ultimately had to cancel due to the passenger not making the flight rebooked for. No trip was taken and no refund was given, even partial. I m only filling this in so you stop asking me for feedback for a journey that didn't happen. "

This was never stipulated in the initial quote and I did not appreciate being told it has to be paid. The manager was understanding and ended up not charging me the fee, but it is something I will lookout for before booking with them again. "
